Department OverviewThe Pricing and Profitability Team is essential to Motorola Solutions’ Business Operations, as they oversee the Offer-to-Revenue Recognition process for opportunities in North America, Federal, and Large Enterprise markets.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our North America Pricing and Profitability and Competitive Intelligence team. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of telecommunications and public safety technology while contributing to the development and implementation of pricing strategies that drive profitability and market competitiveness. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals and learn about the intricacies of pricing in a complex and evolving industry.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies for Motorola Solutions products and services in North America.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gather intelligence on pricing trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
Analyze product costs, customer segmentation, and market data to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and margin improvement
Assist in the preparation of pricing proposals, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management
Contribute to the development and maintenance of pricing tools and models
Participate in cross-functional projects with sales, marketing, finance, and product management teams
Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics with graduation date on or after December 2026
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Interest in the telecommunications and public safety technology industry
