Job Summary:
Join the Salesforce CRM Architecture (specialization in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution) team of Cat Digital and be responsible for defining functional designs and application systems architecture across various digital platforms.
What You Will Do:
- Developing detailed architecture deliverables to solve business problems.
- Designing an application's functional and technical architecture, such as High-level architecture, Technical Assessment, Data Model, Decomposing, Creating ROM, Technology Recommendations and Testing Strategies.
- Leading the evaluation, proof of technology and deployment of new technologies to add or enhance existing digital technical capabilities.
- Participating in addressing business requirements for applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that meet business results.
- Develop and maintain current, planned, and future state architecture blueprints. Lead in the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers and requirements that drive the future state architecture.
What You Will Have:
- Analytical Thinking: Extensive knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- Effective Communications: Extensive understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
- Application Design, Architecture: Extensive knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.
- Platform Architecture: Extensive knowledge of technologies and methods to design processing mechanisms and roadmaps to execute business application systems; ability to design these roadmaps and deploy supportive interfaces for end-users to access related systems, in accordance with standards and processes.
- Target Architecture: Extensive knowledge of target architecture; ability to develop the IT blueprint and roadmap while aligning the architecture and processes with business strategies and objectives.
Considerations for Top Candidates:
- Experience with Marketing CRMs or tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ability to strongly communicate the solutions and architecture to a wide range of audiences
- Functional understanding and ability to demonstrate implementation of end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
- Familiarity with Enterprise platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Fabric, Google etc.)

- This position has the option to be based out of either our Chicago, IL, Peoria, IL, or Irving, TX (Dallas) offices.
