- Incorporate SEO best practices into new and existing content to improve organic rankings, traffic, and new customer acquisitions
- Provide SEO driven POVs based off marketplace, traditional SERP and GEO (includes performance analysis, competitive analysis, technical audits, etc.) to identify relevant trends and patterns to inform roadmap, growth opportunities, and technical improvements
- Review performance metrics and recommendations to help prioritize growth opportunities
- Review and provide feedback on SEO performance to highlight business-relevant insights to be shared with key stakeholders
- Proficient in tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Profound.
- Experience with other web based tools such as Tableau, MarketMuse, and Screaming Frog
- Manage content strategy and operating model, including identifying trends and content gaps
- Flawlessly execute a well-managed governance process to ensure audit readiness for all marketing assets/content
- Day-to-day management of agency partners; including building and iterating on meeting agendas, compiling takeaways and action items, communicating leadership messages to partners, and handling all scheduling and logistics
- Demonstrate effective communication with outstanding writing, editing, and presentation abilities
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in SEO
- At least 2 years of experience in web analytics or keyword planning tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services or highly-regulated marketing
- At least 4 years of digital or marketing work experience
- At least 4 years of experience in SEO
- At least 3 years of experience in web analytics and SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs)
