Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders across post-sales to shape operational priorities, support annual planning, and improve execution against strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional programs and business rhythms across Customer Success, Partners & Alliances, Strategy, Analytics, Systems, and adjacent operations teams.
- Define and manage reporting cadences, planning calendars, and roadmap visibility for recurring leadership reviews, planning cycles, and strategic deliverables.
- Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements, including problem statements, success criteria, scope, and data needs for analytics and technical partners.
- Architect operational data requirements and help establish scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, and source-of-truth processes across post-sales workflows.
- Partner with analytics, systems, and tooling teams to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and usability across platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Tableau.
- Drive structured tracking, stakeholder alignment, and accountability for cross-functional initiatives without adding unnecessary process overhead.
- Build concise, leadership-ready materials that clarify progress, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations for decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to simplify work through automation and AI-enabled workflows that improve speed, consistency, and scale.

Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, analytics, business planning, or a related role in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
- Experience supporting post-sales, Customer Success, Sales, or other customer-facing functions and working across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional work, and drive progress through influence rather than direct authority.
- Strong operational judgment and experience managing business rhythms, planning processes, or strategic initiatives.
- Strong data fluency and experience with analytical models, including advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience working with reporting or visualization tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience translating business needs into analytical requirements for data partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise materials for leadership audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Customer Success, partner, or broader post-sales operating models.
- Familiarity with core post-sales metrics such as adoption, customer health, retention, and capacity planning.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Tableau, or similar post-sales systems and reporting tools.
- Experience designing reporting cadences, operating frameworks, or roadmap processes for cross-functional teams.
- Comfort using AI tools or automation to streamline analysis, reporting, and content creation.
