We are looking for quick learners with a 'nose for value' to help us assess an existing and growing list of potential opportunities. If the business case fits, we will then go after the execution and scaling of the opportunity. The Gateway Services Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing operations across the PULSE Gateway Network. This position ensures seamless interactions between internal teams and external network participants, facilitates compliance with network mandates, and drives automation and efficiency in billing and reporting processes. As a part of the team, you will:
  • Monitor and manage the Gateway ServiceNow ticketing system and mailbox.
  • Collaborate with Settlement Services, Fulfillment, and Implementations teams to identify and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Provide technical and procedural support for network project requests, disputes, and exception handling
  • Administer the Gateway Network Bulletin Review (NBR) process, ensuring timely distribution and actioning of network bulletins
  • Coordinate with Business Technology teams to assess and implement code changes required by network mandates
  • Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely access provisioning, user ID maintenance, and audit readiness
  • Participate in bi-monthly support calls and weekly touchpoints with product and technology teams

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of Process Management Experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Compliance or Risk Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in Process Management

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Plano, TX: $93,400 - $106,600 for Principal Process Manager
McLean, VA: $102,700 - $117,200 for Principal Process Manager
Richmond, VA: $93,400 - $106,600 for Principal Process Manager
Riverwoods, IL: $93,400 - $106,600 for Principal Process Manager
Houston, TX: $93,400 - $106,600 for Principal Process Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
