Team Overview

The Global Data Access Solutions team drives product strategy for Data Enrichment, Data Extract, and Archives, enabling TransUnion customers to access credit data and insights at scale through software-based solutions that deliver data into customers’ native environments. This work supports TransUnion’s evolution from a traditional data provider into a software-enabled data solutions company, helping customers reduce time to value and make more effective credit decisions. This team reports into the VP, Global Data Access Solutions. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as a product leader for Data Enrichment and related offerings, partnering across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery to drive execution.
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap by balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead customer onboarding strategy and execution, reducing time to value and ensuring scalable delivery models.
  • Triage and evaluate customer-specific requests to determine whether to build, scale, or defer features.
  • Translate product initiatives into clear requirements (e.g., JCRs) to enable technical teams to scope and deliver.
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to develop pricing frameworks, POCs, and go-to-market enablement.
  • Incorporate customer and commercial feedback into product enhancements and roadmap prioritization.
  • Lead backlog prioritization and cross-functional alignment to ensure delivery of key initiatives.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • Extensive product management experience (15+ years) in B2B, data, or financial services environments to drive roadmap decisions and deliver complex products.
  • Experience working with data products or platforms to understand how data is structured, managed, and delivered to customers.
  • Knowledge of financial services or credit decisioning environments to inform prioritization based on real customer use cases.
  • Strong business judgment and prioritization skills to manage competing demands and high-volume product requests.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred in product leadership roles or similar environments.

Required Technical Skills

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence for product documentation, requirements management, and backlog tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite for analysis and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or equivalent workflow documentation tools.
  • Working knowledge of modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery (BQ), or Databricks.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience at a credit bureau, fintech, or organization leveraging regulated credit data.
  • Exposure to FCRA-regulated data, identity resolution, or data enrichment solutions.
  • Experience supporting customer onboarding or delivery for B2B data or software products.
  • Experience partnering with Sales or contributing to go-to-market strategy and enablement.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Commercial functions.

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $168,750.00 - $281,250 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
