As a Product Manager, you will be at the center of the next generation iManage platform collaborating with internal teams, business partners and customers as we continue to grow the user base across the professional services industries.

iM Responsible For…
  • Product Vision & Roadmap Strategy
    • Driving the roadmap for the next generation iManage platform, including building and incorporating a set of client capabilities and services into the core platform.
    • Owning the vision and strategic roadmap for our flagship, AI-native document and email management solution, delivering a delightful user experience by incorporating the latest Microsoft and iManage products and services.
    • Adapting the product roadmap strategy to larger company direction changes and disruptive events.
  • Product Design & Customer Validation
    • Interviewing, synthesizing, and rapidly validating features with the UX team based on jobs to be done by different personas who need to access content within the iManage platform.
    • Translating customer and market insights into compelling product solutions that resonate with different user personas.
  • Platform Unification & Extensibility
    • Unifying adjacent iManage products and services (for example, e-signature, bundle builder, analytics, etc.) into a single, coherent user experience.
    • Prioritizing and delivering a core feature experience that internal product teams, business partners, and customers can easily extend to meet their specific use cases.
  • Cross-functional Execution & Launch
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to inform product decisions and roadmap.
    • Prioritizing development with engineering based on market and customer-facing commitments.
    • Executing the launch of new features and new releases to the market which involves working with engineering, support, partners, cloud Ops, marketing, sales, training, etc. to enable the organization and field.
  • Market Positioning & Competitive Strategy
    • Communicating capabilities and benefits to the broader market and internal stakeholders who will use these features in their respective products.
    • Presenting on-demand product vision, roadmap of planned releases and existing features to internal and external audiences, including executive briefings, trade shows, and customer meetings.
    • Monitoring competitors and developing compelling differentiation across the products and services offered.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager for a B2B or B2C SaaS offering.
  • An understanding of cloud and enterprise content security.
  • A proven track record of building applications or add-ons that achieved broad adoption. AI native applications are highly desirable.
  • The ability to collaborate, negotiate, and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience communicating with and building relationships with key customers and prospects.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills, including market research and competitive analysis.
  • Motivation to drive product objectives from concept through completion.
  • A desire to continually learn and adapt to changes in the market and technology landscape.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams in fast-moving, delivery-focused environments to consistently ship customer value.

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $170,000–$220,000 per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
