We have built a flexible work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.
What you'll be responsible for:
Circle is looking for a Principal Product Manager to join the Digital Assets team to lead onchain FX initiatives including StableFX , our onchain stablecoin FX execution and settlement product. StableFX focuses on institutional-grade infrastructure for exchanging stablecoins across currencies (for example, USDC, EURC, and select local stablecoins) with reliable pricing, low-latency execution, and programmable settlement across supported blockchain rails.
As a Principal Product Manager, you will define and ship the core capabilities that enable customers and ecosystem partners to move between currencies using stablecoins with predictable pricing and strong settlement guarantees. You'll bring together customer and ecosystem insights, data analysis, and cross-functional alignment to drive adoption and growth of onchainstablecoin FX on our Arc blockchain and within Circle's platform.
You will work closely with our partnerships team to bring more stablecoins to the Circle Partner Stablecoins program and Arc, our L1 blockchain. Your work will expand stablecoin utility in cross-border payments, treasury workflows, and institutional FX by making stablecoin FX fast, transparent, and operationally reliable.
What you'll work on:
  • Define and own the StableFX product vision and roadmap, taking the product from 0 to 1, then scaling across corridors, pairs, use-cases, and customer segments.
  • Work closely with engineering to build up the StableFX product beyond MVP: quoting workflows beyond RFQ, privacy onchain, pricing lifecycle, partner integrations, and trade state management.
  • Partner with GTM and BD teams to launch and activate makers, takers and issuers. Collaborate extensively with external partners to understand needs and gaps and accelerate adoption across use-cases and segments.
  • Partner cross-functionally across engineering, treasury, risk, compliance, data science, legal, and GTM to ship capabilities that are safe, compliant, and commercially durable.
  • Lead the charge on product growth by actively defining metrics and dashboards, monitoring and identifying opportunities and turning them in to actionable product/process improvements.

What you'll bring to Circle:
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning strategy and execution for complex, commercial products.
  • Experience building financial products that sit at the intersection of market infrastructure, or real-time financial systems (trading, FX, treasury, settlement, risk).
  • Strong technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineering on API-first products, reliability, latency, and smart contracts.
  • Highly analytical, comfortable digging into data, and able to turn ambiguous signals into clear product decisions.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Familiarity with stablecoin and on-chain/ DeFi protocols and ecosystems is a strong plus (for example, liquidity pools, bridges, DEXs, NFTs).

Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider a wide variety of elements when crafting our compensation ranges and total compensation packages.
Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $200,000 - $260,000
