• Define, evaluate, prioritize, and implement Sales Cloud optimization strategies across Sales teams and business units to enable achievement of BU revenue and profitability targets in areas such as account plans, customer contracts, leads & opportunities, accounts & contact records, and pricing

• Serve as the business owner for Chamberlain’s AI and revenue intelligence initiatives; including

business requirements definition, build vs. buy recommendation, vendor evaluation and selection,

solution design, and ongoing iteration

• Collaborate with stakeholders (IT, sales leadership, sales, revenue operations, channel operations,

sales enablement, sales analytics, marketing, finance, customer service, and myQ Business) to improve business models, operational processes, partner insights, customer engagement tools, dashboards, analytics, and support

• Define sales intelligence signals and account segmentation models (e.g., attach rate gaps, buy rate vs. market potential, competitive displacement opportunity) to enable data-informed territory prioritization across channels and business units

• Improve standards and adoption of 200+ users including leveraging external Salesforce and industry contacts to identify best practices

• Partner with IT and Procurement to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and integration

requirements for commercial sales technology; ensure all AI and intelligence tool investments deliver

measurable ROI

• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications 

Education/Certifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline 

Experience: 

  • 10+ years related experience; 4+ years experience with SFDC with understanding of reports, dashboards, and analytics; experience training and supporting new users on the SFDC platform; demonstrated experience leading technology or AI initiative deployments including requirements definition, vendor selection, testing, and rollout 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, prioritization, project management with strong collaboration and communication skills; business owner mindset with ability to translate commercial requirements into technology solutions; data literacy sufficient to build segmentation models and interpret analytics without dedicated data science support; fluency in AI/revenue intelligence tools and vendor evaluation processes 

Other: 

  • Ability to travel up to 10% to North American locations 

Preferred Qualifications  

Education/Certifications: 

  • Advanced Degree, Salesforce Certification 

Experience: 

  • Experience in sales or analytics role; experience working in a multi-cloud, multi-app environment (Sales, Pardot, Service, Marketing, Community); experience with AI/revenue intelligence platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein Revenue Intelligence, Gong, or Clari; background in sales compensation design or revenue operations; experience managing vendor RFP processes and technology contracts 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • SAP, Power BI, CPQ

The pay range for this position is $129,700.00 - $209,200.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
