Team Overview

This position will report into a Senior Director, Product Management and lead the evolution of core TruIQ Analytics Platform capabilities and help shape the platform’s long-term product vision, roadmap, and operating model. The TruIQ Analytics Platform team is responsible for defining, scaling, and evolving TransUnion’s next-generation SaaS analytics platform. TruIQ enables customers to leverage TransUnion’s data portfolio, advanced analytics, data modeling, decisioning, AI capabilities, and data fulfillment services through a modern, scalable cloud-based experience. The platform supports a growing portfolio of solutions across Credit Risk, Marketing, Fraud, Identity, and emerging data-driven use cases. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for key components of the TruIQ Analytics Platform, balancing customer needs, commercial objectives, technical architecture, and long-term platform strategy.
  • Define reusable platform capabilities that can support multiple solution domains, including Credit Risk, Marketing, Fraud, Identity, and future product offerings.
  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture to guide the development of a scalable, secure, reliable platform that supports long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with Data Science teams to incorporate advanced analytics, AI (Artificial Intelligence), ML (Machine Learning), decisioning services, and intelligence frameworks into the product roadmap.
  • Translate customer, market, and business needs into scalable, productized platform capabilities rather than one-off implementations.
  • Establish product requirements, success metrics, and adoption strategies for platform features and services.
  • Collaborate with Solutions and Commercial teams to identify emerging use cases and prioritize investments with the greatest strategic value.
  • Drive platform standardization, governance, and consistency across products and markets.
  • Support the global rollout and adoption of TruIQ capabilities across international OneTru deployments.
  • Communicate the product vision, roadmap priorities, and business outcomes to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

      Required Knowledge and Experiences

      • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Platform Product Management, with demonstrated success leading complex technology products.
      • Proven experience building, scaling, and operating enterprise SaaS products, including balancing customer needs, commercial priorities, technical requirements, and long-term product strategy.
      • Experience leading analytics platforms, data platforms, decisioning platforms, customer intelligence solutions, or comparable technology products.
      • Demonstrated success creating reusable platform capabilities that support multiple products, customers, solution domains, or business lines.
      • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive, technical, product, and commercial audiences.
      Required Technical Skills
      • Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and its application to scalable enterprise SaaS products.
      • Knowledge of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), data services, platform design, and product scalability.
      • Experience partnering with Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver complex, data-driven products and platform capabilities.
      • Working knowledge of advanced analytics, AI (Artificial Intelligence), ML (Machine Learning), and decisioning services.
      • Experience defining product requirements, platform success measures, adoption metrics, and strategies for launching scalable platform features and services.

      Pay Scale Information:

      The U.S. base salary range for this position is $168,750.00 - $281,250 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
