We are looking for a dynamic First Line Manager to lead our Data Integration team with a focus on our government business. The ideal candidate will oversee the procurement analysts, ensuring effective metric development, automation, report creation, and data insights. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of data processes, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive business objectives.

- Oversee the analysis of source data and the definition of data mapping specifications.
- Ensure documentation of data sources and definitions by business unit is accurate and up-to-date.
- Guide the design and implementation of data transformation processes to maintain data quality and integrity.
- Establish and monitor data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of integrated data.
- Collaborate with data owners to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Ensure metrics are validated against raw data from source systems.
- Drive the utilization of analytic platforms like Tableau and Power BI for automated metrics and dashboards.
- Ensure the development of key business metrics with consistent definitions across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure metrics align with business objectives and reporting standards.
- Build strong relationships with director analysts, data architects, IT, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and integration needs.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate understanding and collaboration.
- Act as a liaison between the Data Integration team and other business units to ensure alignment and support.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data integration and procurement.
- Propose and implement improvements to existing data integration processes and team operations.
- Monitor team performance and implement changes as necessary to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in data science, accounting, finance, business management, information systems, general business or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, trending, and reporting
- 3+ years of experience utilizing data visualization tools including excel and/or Tableau
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role leading various teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with SQL and data integration tools
- Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies
