About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Procurement Manager to join our finance team. In this role, you will take full ownership of our day-to-day purchasing lifecycle and vendor relationships. Your primary mission will be to transition our current purchasing from an informal process into an organized, efficient, and scalable system.

This is a fully hands-on role, you will be responsible for creating our procurement infrastructure completely from scratch designing policies, implementing workflows, and executing operations tasks yourself before scaling.

This role is highly collaborative, acting as the strategic bridge between internal team needs and external supplier capabilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, plan, and execute the end-to-end procurement process, driving continuous improvement initiatives and procurement automation efforts.
  • Conduct thorough supply market research to provide category intelligence and benchmarks on industry dynamics, trends, and best practices.
  • Structure, review, and negotiate complex agreements and renewals, ensuring alignment with company policies and minimizing contractual risks.
  • Partner closely with multiple business units to understand their procurement needs, acting as a subject matter expert to lead and streamline purchasing initiatives.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal commercial terms
  • Identify, track, and lead cost-reduction and cost-avoidance initiatives to support corporate financial goals.
  • Review existing and new contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with procurement policies and lead their renewals.
  • Establish, communicate, and enforce procurement policies and governance across the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement management in a SAAS company.
  • Strong technical knowledge with a strong understanding of how to leverage AI tools and automation to optimize procurement workflows.
  • Experience in long term suppliers’ management
  • Strong sourcing and market research capabilities .
  • Proven track in executing complex legal agreement, striving to minimize contractual risks
  • Experience in managing budget and costs reduction.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication skills ,presentation, both written and spoken English - and Hebrew.
  • Self-driven with the ability to be agile and respond quickly to changes.
  • An autodidact with the ability to deep-dive into internal processes and external market data.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player.
  • Solid skills with ERP systems (NetSuite - advantage).
