The Opportunity
As a Procurement Strategy and Strategic Sourcing - Value Capture - Senior Associate, you will focus on optimizing sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, enhance supplier collaboration, and strengthen supply chain resilience. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to analyze sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. You will also provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing strategic sourcing frameworks to enhance procurement efficiency
- Analyzing client needs to optimize sourcing strategies and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Leading supplier relationship management initiatives to drive collaboration and supply chain resilience
- Utilizing procurement software such as SAP Ariba and Coupa to streamline procurement processes
- Conducting spend analysis to inform procurement strategy and supplier negotiations
- Managing complex procurement projects, confirming alignment with client objectives and timelines
- Overseeing contract management and negotiation to achieve favorable terms and compliance
- Collaborating with clients to provide guidance on digital procurement solutions and process improvements
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to support operational transformation initiatives
- Mentoring junior staff in procurement strategy and project resource management
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
