We are seeking a hands-on product and marketing analytics professional to support a personal loan and deposit portfolio. This role will drive origination volume by identifying opportunities to increase demand generation across marketing channels and improve funnel conversion. The individual will monitor key performance metrics for business programs and campaigns, conduct root cause analyses when performance changes, and quantify the impact of initiatives through A/B testing. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical & problem-solving skills, SQL/Python coding proficiency, and brings deep expertise in campaign and funnel analytics.

Salary Range: $130K/Yr - $150K/Yr Base + Annual Bonus

ResponsibilitiesIdentify demand-generation and conversion-improvement opportunities by analyzing marketing channel and customer funnel data.
Quantify the business impact of identified opportunities and support prioritization based on value, feasibility, and strategic relevance.
Develop measurement frameworks to monitor funnel performance, conversion rates, and leakage trends.
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Credit Risk, Operations, and Engineering teams to implement improvements.
Design and evaluate experiments aimed at improving approval rates, customer conversion, and funded volume.
Build executive-ready dashboards to track key performance metrics for initiatives and campaigns, and conduct root cause analyses when needed.
Translate analytical findings into prioritized business recommendations supported by quantified impact estimates.
Support the development of business cases for strategic growth initiatives.
5+ years of experience in funnel analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, conversion optimization, product analytics, growth analytics, or customer journey analytics.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language, such as Python or R.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience in funnel analysis and conversion optimization.
Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
Ability to independently identify opportunities, develop recommendations, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, operations research, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with web analytics platforms such as Heap, Google Analytics, or similar tools. Experience with Heap is preferred
