LocalClarity is seeking a Product Engagement Associate (Chicago-based) to join our growing team and help drive platform adoption, customer engagement, onboarding initiatives, and growth-focused activities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to gain exposure across SaaS technology, customer engagement, digital marketing, product-led growth, and business operations. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration, you'll develop a strong understanding of how businesses leverage technology, local search intelligence, customer feedback, and digital engagement strategies to drive measurable business growth.

Product Engagement Associate (Chicago-based) Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong candidates often come from academic backgrounds emphasizing communication, writing, research, analysis, business, marketing, customer engagement, or problem-solving.
  • 1+ years of experience in client engagement, onboarding, customer success, SaaS support, digital marketing, communications, account coordination, hospitality, marketing support, or another client-facing environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally, thoughtfully, and confidently with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for technology, digital marketing, customer engagement, AI tools, or SaaS platforms.
  • Interest in product-led growth (PLG), customer engagement strategy, onboarding, digital marketing, growth operations, or cross-functional business exposure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations, priorities, projects, and follow-up activities simultaneously.
  • Comfort presenting information, conducting walkthroughs, facilitating discussions, or supporting client-facing conversations.
  • Ability to learn new platforms, technologies, business concepts, and workflows quickly within a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort operating within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where flexibility beyond traditional business hours is occasionally necessary to support business initiatives, team collaboration, and professional development opportunities.
  • A resourceful, growth-minded approach paired with initiative, ownership, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute across multiple areas of the business.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through, particularly when coordinating prospect requests, platform activity, marketing initiatives, customer communication, and internal deliverables.
  • Genuine interest in learning how AI tools can improve productivity, communication, documentation, research, analysis, and team effectiveness.

Product Engagement Associate (Chicago-based) Responsibilities
  • Support prospective clients and emerging accounts as they engage with the LocalClarity platform, helping guide onboarding, product adoption, customer engagement, and growth-focused initiatives.
  • Monitor platform activity and proactively identify opportunities to help users better understand platform functionality, uncover value, and improve engagement.
  • Conduct onboarding walkthroughs, introductory product demonstrations, and client-facing follow-up conversations for selected accounts.
  • Assist users with understanding LocalClarity features related to review management, listings optimization, reporting, sentiment analysis, AI-generated responses, competitive insights, and local search visibility.
  • Partner closely with Client Success, Product, Marketing, Sales, and leadership teams to support customer engagement strategies, platform adoption efforts, and growth initiatives.
  • Support customer communication efforts by coordinating follow-up activities, reporting requests, onboarding materials, meeting recaps, and platform-related deliverables.
  • Assist with marketing and growth initiatives, including campaign execution, customer engagement efforts, LinkedIn support, email communications, content distribution, and operational coordination.
  • Participate in internal sales, onboarding, and customer strategy discussions while helping ensure timely execution of action items and deliverables.
  • Identify recurring customer questions, engagement trends, onboarding opportunities, and workflow improvements that can enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Learn and apply AI tools to support internal productivity, documentation, communication, process improvement, research, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Develop a strong understanding of local search, online reputation management, customer engagement strategies, SaaS operations, and product-led growth principles through hands-on experience and mentorship.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a highly cross-functional organization where team members frequently support multiple business initiatives as the company continues to grow and evolve.
