You will work closely with Worldwide and select Operating Units to unlock growth opportunities within Microsoft's existing customer base while serving as a trusted CRM and compete expert for the broader Business Applications portfolio.

You will be responsible for developing repeatable sales motions, enabling field readiness, and creating effective strategies to land new product narratives at scale. Additionally, you will identify new opportunities for Dynamics 365 Sales, and agent-powered workflows to serve as strategic onramps into broader CRM modernization and AI transformation. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional orchestration across Copilot, Agents, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure AI, Security, Field Sales, Enterprise Partner Sales (EPS), Central Marketing Organization (CMO), and Worldwide (WW) teams to drive integrated product strategies, field alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
