The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

Purpose Statement:  To empower efficient and accurate production at Plexus by creating and maintaining clear, concise, and up-to-date assembly instructions. Through collaboration with various teams and continuous learning, strive to ensure the standardization and clarity of documentation, contributing to the production of high-quality products and the success of Plexus.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
• Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
• Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
• Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• A minimum of a High School diploma is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
• One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
