We are actively seeking an experienced Product Management Director, Innovation Solutions to join our team. This remote U.S.–based role reports to the GVP, Product Management, AI Innovation Solutions.
Position Summary
The Product Management Director, Innovation Solutions is responsible for defining, launching, and scaling Rimini Street’s next-generation Innovation Solutions, with an initial focus on Agentic AI-enabled ERP services and ServiceNow-based ERP modernization offerings. This role translates market, customer, and delivery insights into clearly defined, repeatable service offers that drive adoption, revenue growth, and customer outcomes.
This is a senior individual contributor role that partners closely with Service Delivery, Sales, Product Marketing, and Engineering to ensure Innovation Solutions are market-ready, operationally viable, and commercially successful.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Offer Strategy & Roadmaps
- Own product roadmaps for assigned Innovation Solutions, aligned to Rimini Street’s broader services strategy and market priorities
- Translate customer needs, competitive insights, and delivery feedback into differentiated service offerings
- Define scope boundaries, value propositions, and success criteria for new and evolving offers
Productization & Lifecycle Management
- Lead the productization of Innovation Solutions into clear, repeatable service packages, including: Advisory Svcs; Packaged Svcs; Subscription Svcs
- Own offer lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement
- Partner with Delivery to ensure scalability, quality, and repeatability
Go-to-Market Enablement
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and differentiation for Innovation Solutions
- Partner with Sales Enablement to create sales tools, playbooks, and training that improve selling confidence and efficiency
- Support strategic deals by shaping solution scope and value narratives
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned Innovation Solutions, including buyer needs, buying criteria, and competitive alternatives
- Monitor market trends in Agentic AI, ERP modernization, and low-code/no-code platforms
- Use insights to inform roadmap decisions and investment priorities
Cross-Functional Execution
- Work closely with Service Delivery, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure successful launches and ongoing performance
- Provide clear, data-driven updates to senior leaders on roadmap progress, adoption, and performance

Qualifications and Experience
Required
- 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management, Service Design, or Productized Services roles
- Experience building and scaling enterprise software or services offerings
- Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Workday) and/or ServiceNow platforms
- Experience translating emerging technologies (AI, automation, modernization) into sellable, deliverable offers
- Proven ability to work effectively in matrixed, cross-functional environments
Preferred
- Experience with Agentic AI or AI-enabled enterprise services
- Background in professional services, managed services, or enterprise consulting
- Experience supporting global go-to-market motions

Compensation is based on role, location, and level of applicable experience.
Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.
The general salary range for this type of role is 165k - 205k depending on skills and experience.
