The Opportunity
As a Product Management Lead- Director- Commercial Technology & Innovation, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Advisory practice, you will act as the general manager of commercial and internal products, sitting at the intersection of business, user experience, and technology to address customer and end-user challenges. Your role will involve designing, developing, and managing activities for specific products from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life, confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth.
As a Director, you will translate vision into action, setting the tone and inspiring others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to uphold PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, creating a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging collective strengths to convert market opportunities into success for the firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading the strategic direction and development of commercial and internal products throughout their lifecycle
- Driving business growth by identifying market opportunities and aligning product strategies to meet client needs
- Managing product ideation, development, and operationalization to deliver innovative software solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement product roadmaps and specifications
- Overseeing the commercialization and go-to-market planning for new product releases
- Cultivating client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and support business objectives
- Mentoring and guiding teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Promoting technological advancements to create an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Balancing strategic planning with detailed execution to achieve product and business goals
- Identifying and addressing gaps in the market to convert opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
