We are seeking a Product Manager to support the performance of our portfolio of Biomedical test and measurement products across their lifecycle. Our products are critical to the maintenance and performance of medical devices in a healthcare setting.  Join us in our mission to deliver trusted solutions to those who keep healthcare up and running, so they can focus on what matters most. 

This role is focused on ensuring the market performance and health of a core portfolio of products —ensuring products are aligned to customer and market needs, competitively positioned, appropriately priced, and operationally supported. You will work cross-functionally to drive business performance, enable commercial product launches, and own the lifecycle management of the products you oversee.

  • Excited to take responsibility of the overall lifecycle of a group of product lines

Key Responsibilities Portfolio Execution & Performance Management

  • Own tracking of market performance of a few product categories including revenue, margin, and competitive landscape
  • Assist in identifying performance gaps and helping shape corrective actions
  • Collaborate with Sales to gather field insights, customer feedback, and win/loss information
  • Coordinate with Operations, engineering, and Program Management to maintain product health and business continuity
  • Provide structured feedback and roadmap ideas to Product Planning teams

Pricing & Positioning Execution

  • Maintain and update price performance data and global price lists, suggesting pricing decisions that align with market dynamics and performance targets.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on pricing/promo guidance, deal support, and value articulation
  • Collaborate with Marketing on value messaging, product information updates, and sales enablement materials

Product Launch Execution

  • Drive readiness of new product introduction (NPI) activities and feature updates in collaboration with other business functions
  • Contributes to NPI launch process improvements
  • Help ensure alignment and achievement of pro-forma sales and profitability targets
  • Coordinate training and enablement activities

End-of-Life (EOL) & Portfolio Maintenance

  • Identify aging or underperforming products and raise recommendations
  • Advocate for sustaining investment requirements of high performing products.
  • Coordinate execution of EOL plans with operations and sales functions.
  • Work with Operations and Quality to ensure compliant phase-outs

Market & Customer Responsiveness

  • Monitor customer feedback and competitive activity
  • Translate insights into recommendations for pricing or product updates
  • Facilitate intake of customer and field feedback to influence portfolio decisions
  • Contribute to prioritization of sustaining improvements

Cross-Functional Coordination & Roadmap Input

  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute project priorities
  • Provide structured input to Product Planners for roadmap ideas
  • Contribute to feature prioritization discussions with data and insights
  • Ensure clear communication of product updates, changes, and expectations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience with technical products in a B2B environment
  • Understanding of product portfolio management fundamentals (pricing, positioning, lifecycle execution)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to informally lead cross functional teams
