FieldPulse is a fast-growing, customer-focused SaaS company providing modern business management solutions for trade professionals, including plumbers, electricians, HVAC specialists, and specialty contractors. We empower business owners to run their operations more efficiently.

About the role

We're looking for a Product Manager to own and drive our AI product portfolio. You'll lead strategy and execution across voice AI, intelligent automation, and data enrichment – turning messy, real-world service business data into products that actually work in production.

This isn't a research role. You'll ship AI products that handle real customer calls, enrich real supplier data, and automate real workflows – all on top of a platform actively being modernized. You'll work directly with engineering leadership, and you'll own outcomes end to end: from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.

Where You'll Work

  • Full-time, in-office at our headquarters in Dallas, TX.
  • You’ll be right in the heart of the action, surrounded by a team of passionate, high-energy individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Voice AI systems that answer inbound customer calls, qualify leads, and book jobs against live technician schedules
  • AI-powered data enrichment – training models on supplier taxonomies, normalizing messy catalog data, and building intelligent pricing tools
  • Evaluation infrastructure – prompt engineering, call analysis, success rate tracking, and continuous quality improvement for LLM-powered products
  • Automation workflows that reduce manual effort across scheduling, dispatch, and customer communication

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy for AI initiatives, aligning roadmap with company goals and measurable business outcomes (booking conversion, call success rate, customer retention)
  • Partner directly with engineering to design, ship, and scale production AI systems – not prototypes
  • Build and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure AI product quality, identify failure modes, and drive iterative improvement
  • Translate real customer conversations and support data into product requirements – balancing innovation with what's shippable now
  • Own the full product lifecycle: research, requirements, roadmap, launch, adoption, and iteration
  • Stay current on LLM capabilities, voice AI platforms, and agent frameworks – and know when new technology is production-ready vs. hype
  • Evaluate and manage AI vendor/model decisions, balancing capability, cost, and reliability

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of Product Management experience, ideally working on cross-platform integrations.
  • Track record shipping technical products in AI, automation, or SaaS – ideally with LLM or voice AI experience
  • Strong technical fluency: comfortable in conversations about LLMs, prompt engineering, API design, and system architecture
  • Experience defining and tracking product metrics in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Ability to work across engineering, CS, sales, and leadership – translating complexity into clear decisions
  • Bias for action and ownership. You ship, measure, learn, and iterate – not just write specs

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with AI developer tools (Claude, prompt engineering workflows, eval frameworks)
  • Background in vertical SaaS, field service, or home services
  • Familiarity with voice AI / telephony systems

What We Offer

  • Impactful, Fast-Paced Startup Culture: Work on exciting projects that truly move the needle.
  • Lunches Provided Monday–Friday: Delicious meals on us to fuel your day.
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical insurance, plus dental & vision benefits to keep you covered.
Health & Wellness Perks: Memberships to keep you feeling your best.
  • 401(k) Plan: Secure your future while you grow with us.
  • Clear Path for Growth: Transparent career progression, professional development, and promotion opportunities.
  • Paid Parental Leave: Support for you and your family when it matters most.
