About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Applications will be accepted until 09/28/2026.

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for our enterprise AI platforms and internal portfolio management capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, enterprise productivity, and operational excellence — you'll help teams across the company work smarter, decide faster, and execute with more clarity. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, data science, IT, security, and business stakeholders to build products people actually rely on.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and communicate a long-term product vision for enterprise AI and portfolio management platforms, and translate it into roadmaps tied to measurable business outcomes

  • Lead products that use generative AI, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, workflow automation, and intelligent search to solve real employee and business problems

  • Own internal platforms for portfolio planning, investment prioritization, resource management, roadmap planning, and executive reporting

  • Build capabilities that give leadership visibility into investments, dependencies, risks, and outcomes across the portfolio

  • Partner with AI/ML teams to prioritize capabilities, define success metrics for adoption and quality, and drive responsible AI practices — governance, compliance, explainability, and trust

  • Act as both Product Manager and Product Owner — translate stakeholder needs into prioritized requirements and user stories, and own agile planning, sprint backlog management, and release execution alongside engineering and UX

  • Use research, analytics, and experimentation to continuously improve product decisions

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering teams during sprints, clarifying requirements, grooming the backlog, and accepting completed work against acceptance criteria

  • Present product strategy and roadmap progress to executive leadership, building alignment across stakeholder groups with competing priorities

  • Define KPIs and product health metrics, and use data to drive prioritization and investment decisions

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software and SaaS products

  • Experience building enterprise AI or generative AI products

  • Experience owning products from strategy through launch and ongoing optimization

  • Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies

  • Experience working with engineering, UX, and cross-functional business teams

  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders without direct authority

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and prioritization skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, vector search, and enterprise AI architecture

  • Experience with portfolio management, strategic planning, project management, or work management platforms

  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Understanding of enterprise security, identity, governance, and compliance considerations

  • MBA or advanced technical degree

Why Join?

You'll shape how thousands of employees across the company plan, decide, and work — with real ownership over both cutting-edge AI capabilities and the platforms that drive strategic execution. You'll have a direct line to executive leadership and the chance to set the direction for how AI shows up in enterprise productivity, not just experiment with it on the margins.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
