As a Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our BigBet, Grounding products throughout their lifecycle. You'll lead with passion and expertise, influencing and supporting both internal and external stakeholders. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to impact new markets and overcome industry challenges. You’ll drive revenue, determine the product roadmap, manage inventory, forecast, and spend time in the field with customers, sales, TSE's, and distributors.

What You Will Do

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute product roadmaps, ensuring seamless launches with account management and marketing.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including business case development.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide application support, technical collateral, and training for account teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze competitors, market trends, pricing, and value propositions to drive strategic decisions.
  • Business Operations: Lead pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and contribute to manufacturing strategy.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding and addressing customer needs.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field; electrical engineering preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Preferred technical grounding knowledge (up to 35kv).
  • Travel Capability: Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
  • Drive for Results: Ability to juggle multiple projects, drive incremental growth in existing product lines, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Marketing Insight: Strong understanding of market trends, competitive intelligence, financial data (P&L), and evolving customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Proven success in a matrixed organization, driving business performance, and building cross-functional relationships.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $120,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
