Product Manager

This is a fully remote opportunity but is preferred to be worked from the Eastern timezone.

About Us

1mind is building the next generation of revenue teams.

We are creating a new category of enterprise software: Autonomous Customer Experience. Our platform deploys Superhumans, go-to-market teammates with a face, a voice, and a GTM brain that serve the buyer across the entire journey with one continuous memory. They engage, demo, onboard, and support in the moments no company could ever staff, so the handoffs disappear and growth stops leaking.

Join us as we define the category and build the platform that powers the next generation of revenue teams. When the buyer wins, the company wins. Every1 Wins.

About the Role

1mind is building Superhuman AI for GTM — AI agents that talk to buyers over voice and chat, reason across context, and take action across the customer journey. As Product Manager, Platform, you'll work on the 1mind Console, the primary surface where customers configure, deploy, integrate, and manage their Superhuman. The role spans both the customer experience and the reusable capabilities underneath it, from integrations and permissions to configuration models and self-serve administration.

The Console already exists and is a critical part of the product today; the opportunity is to make it dramatically more intuitive, coherent, and self-serve as the company scales. You'll spend your time close to real customer behavior — watching people use the product, identifying friction, prototyping improvements, shipping quickly, and iterating — while also helping shape how customers interact with the platform through a new AI assistant that can understand intent and take action on their behalf.

This is a high-ownership role with significant surface area. You'll work directly with the Head of Product, partner closely with engineers, design, and customer success, and take over one of the most important product areas at the company — with real freedom to make it much better, and room to grow quickly as you prove out what you can own.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the Console experience end to end — information architecture, navigation, onboarding, configuration flows, empty states, errors, and how customers encounter complexity over time

  • Define how an AI assistant helps customers configure and operate the platform conversationally, including what actions it can take and how to make those actions understandable and trustworthy

  • Design workflow configuration that's expressive enough for advanced use cases while staying understandable to first-time users

  • Own the customer experience around integrations — authorization, permissions, object and field mapping, sync behavior, and failure and recovery states

  • Reduce the time and effort required to get a new account to a successful live deployment, and identify which manual moments should become real product experiences

  • Partner with engineering on the reusable capabilities underneath the UI — configuration, permissions, integrations, and system state — so recurring problems get solved once

  • Run usability sessions and customer conversations directly, translating friction and feedback into a clear point of view engineering and design can act on

  • Partner closely with Customer Success to separate one-off requests from the broader product problems worth solving

What You’ll Bring
  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS

  • Experience with self-serve products, admin tools, integrations, workflow builders, configuration products, or other complex product surfaces

  • Strong product judgment — able to look at a complicated interface and form a clear point of view on what's working, what isn't, and why

  • Comfortable running usability sessions, talking directly to customers, and digging beneath a feature request to find the real problem

  • Systems thinking — able to reason about how permissions, data, integrations, and configuration connect, and recognize when a fix is bigger than one screen

  • Technical curiosity — comfortable with APIs, integrations, data models, permissions, and failure modes, without needing an engineering background

  • A bias toward prototyping ideas quickly using modern AI and design tools rather than debating them in the abstract

Preferred
  • Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup, comfortable moving with speed and ambiguity

  • Experience owning a role-based access control (RBAC) or permissions layer

  • Background that includes exposure to revenue or go-to-market technology

  • Fluency with AI prototyping and development tools as part of your regular workflow

Why Join Us
  • We're completely transforming how companies go to market — building AI agents that do real work across the entire customer journey

  • Take ownership of one of the most important product areas at the company, with real freedom to shape how it evolves

  • Work alongside a small, high-ownership product and engineering team during a rapid growth phase

  • High visibility, high-impact role — with a clear path to grow in scope as the company scales
