Responsibilities
Research: Understand the market, competitors, and customer needs
Plan: Create a roadmap and vision for the product
Develop: Oversee the product development process, including design, engineering, and quality control
Test: Identify and fix problems, and ensure the product meets quality standards
Market: Create marketing plans and collateral, and work with sales to promote the product
Manage: Oversee budgets, and manage the product team
Communicate: Report on product performance and user feedback, and keep stakeholders updated
Analyze: Evaluate user feedback to determine product priorities and features
Anticipate: Forecast product demand, and plan for risks and opportunities
Skills Empathy for the user, Ability to identify issues and opportunities, Collaboration skills, and Ability to synthesize and assess different perspectives.
