About the Role
Transfer Agency and Issuer Services are two critical functions on the Securitize Platform: one keeps investor records accurate through every subscription, redemption, and reconciliation; the other provides the tools needed to bring new assets onto the platform and manages them through their full lifecycle. As a Product Manager spanning both core areas you will work with senior PMs to refine what Operations, Compliance, and institutional clients need into requirements Engineering can successfully build from.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to defining, scoping, and prioritizing product requirements for Transfer Agency and Issuer Operations within the existing product team structure
- Scope and drive data integrations with partner organizations, from requirements through launch
- Write and prioritize user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria for features touching investor recordkeeping, subscriptions/redemptions, and cap table management
- Lead day-to-day delivery with Engineering on onboarding and issuance workflows for new funds/assets joining the Securitize Platform
- Manage UAT and QA planning for TA and Issuer related releases
- Prioritize the bug/enhancement backlog from Operations and Compliance based on regulatory and client impact
- Maintain and continuously improve product documentation, runbooks, and internal training materials for TA and issuer workflows
- Use operational data (reconciliation exceptions, processing times, error rates) to inform roadmap decisions
- Coordinate cross-functional launches involving Compliance, Legal, and Client Services
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry
- Track record of driving a product area day-to-day — from requirements through launch and iteration
- Strong written and verbal communication — able to write specs Engineering can build from with minimal back-and-forth
- Ability to translate operational and regulatory needs into product requirements and contribute to trade-off decisions within an established product team framework
- Working knowledge of common data integration patterns (APIs, file feeds, webhooks) — enough to scope integrations and troubleshoot with Engineering; a dev background isn't required
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent work streams and stakeholders across Engineering, Compliance, and Operations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to transfer agency, fund administration, or securities operations
- Familiarity with blockchain/digital asset concepts (tokenization, smart contracts)
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product tools
- Interest in regulatory-driven products (SEC, FINRA, KYC/AML)
