Role OverviewWe're hiring a Product Manager to own a high-impact surface area across our risk and compliance infrastructure — and grow into a generalist across the broader product org.
This role sits at the center of:
Risk and compliance tooling — internal systems used by our compliance, underwriting, and operations teams
Fraud and decisioning infrastructure — the systems that protect the platform and merchants at scale
Vendor and banking partner onboarding — owning the end-to-end process of procuring and implementing new payment providers, banks, and networks; coordinating requirements across engineering, legal, compliance, and operations to get partners live
You'll work closely with engineering, data, operations, and our compliance team to design and ship tools that make our internal teams faster, our risk decisions smarter, and our platform more defensible.
This is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity role. You'll be expected to operate with limited structure, identify problems before they're handed to you, and drive execution end-to-end.
What You'll DoOwn internal tooling for risk and compliance — identify gaps in how our internal teams work, and build systems that make them faster and more accurate
Drive process clarity through product — translate ambiguous, manual workflows into structured, scalable tools
Build risk-adjacent product — case management, onboarding flows, decisioning logic, fraud reporting surfaces
Own global payments vendor procurement — research and identify pay-in and payout providers across target markets; run structured evaluations across pricing, coverage, compliance posture, and technical fit; drive MSA and legal review; and own the vendor relationship post-onboarding
Work directly with engineering and data — turn complex operational requirements into clear, shippable product
Contribute across the product org — as you ramp, take on generalist product work across pay-in, payout, and orchestration beyond the risk surface
Drive decisions with data — analyze performance, surface insights, and iterate quickly
Extremely high bias for action — you move fast, default to building, and unblock yourself
Operationally fluent — you can sit with a compliance analyst or underwriter, understand their workflow in depth, and translate that into product requirements
Very detail-oriented — you think through edge cases, failure modes, and the messy realities of how internal teams actually work
Deeply data-driven — you rely on metrics, not intuition, to make decisions
Genuinely interested in payments and risk — you want to work on hard, high-stakes problems
Commercially and operationally fluent across payments rails — you understand how different pay-in and payout providers work, what makes one better than another in a given market, and how vendor selection affects pricing, compliance exposure, and product capability
Builder mindset — you take real ownership and treat the product like it's yours
Experience in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure
Experience building internal tooling or operational products
Experience in global payments vendor procurement or partnerships
Exposure to compliance, fraud, underwriting, or risk workflows
Experience working with data or ML-driven products
3+ years of product management experience
Track record of shipping end-to-end — from ambiguous problem to production
Comfortable owning a problem space without a roadmap handed to you
Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Work on systems that matter — internal tools that power how real risk decisions get made
Direct exposure to payments infrastructure, compliance, and fraud at scale
Small, high-caliber team where you'll have real ownership from day one
Fast execution environment — what you ship will be in production quickly
The base salary range for this role is $160,000 to $180,000 USD. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, qualifications and business needs.

Join the team rewriting how money moves worldwide—and become a driving force in the $194 trillion cross-border payments market.
