If you love doing more than just strategizing, and you enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to drive learner adoption and revenue, this role is for you.

  • Understands B2C Growth: You know what makes learners tick, how to break down barriers to learning, and what messaging drives conversion.

  • Collaborates with Velocity: You communicate well with cross-functional partners and keep things moving without getting bogged down in red tape.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute learner-centric GTM launches for new curriculum, including crafting clear positioning and messaging that resonates with individual learners.
  • Partner with the paid acquisition and lifecycle teams to run high-converting campaigns, including seasonal offers, discounts, and pricing experiments.
  • From brief to launch, you’ll create compelling marketing campaigns outside of product launches and promotions that  drive enrollments and subscription growth.
  • Own the end-to-end persona and messaging strategy for learners across DataCamp.com, ensuring it’s persuasive, differentiated, and optimized for conversion.
  • Set clear goals and track results of each campaign, iterate quickly, and communicate impact across stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing Ops to bring campaigns to life with speed and precision.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in product marketing in consumer SaaS.
  • Experience crafting product marketing campaigns for a user base exceeding millions of users
  • Hands-on experience launching offers, coordinating GTM plans with marketing channel owners, and optimizing user acquisition or retention.
