Being a Product Operations Manager at iManage Means…

You will play a key role in driving the efficiency, alignment and execution of the product lifecycle. Your role will be the connective tissue between our product management, engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success and other cross-functional teams to ensure our product strategy translates into the seamless delivery and adoption of our products.

You will use your technical acumen to design, implement and continuously improve operational processes that ensure the right feedback reaches the right product teams and that insights translate into clear actions. You will help bring operational rigor to how we plan, launch, measure and evolve our products while enabling teams to work faster and more effectively.

In this role, you will also explore opportunities to leverage automation, AI-assisted development and “vibe coding” approaches to streamline workflows, accelerate analysis and improve operational efficiency across the product organization.

iM Responsible For…

  • Leading and partnering on product launches to ensure readiness across teams and delivering insights post-launch to ensure a positive experience for customers and internal teams.
  • Acting as an operational leader for key product initiatives, coordinating across product, engineering and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment, accountability and execution.
  • Owning the enhancement request and feedback management process: collecting, analyzing and synthesizing feedback from customers, internal stakeholders and data sources to inform product strategy.
  • Designing, documenting and continuously improving scalable operational frameworks, including roadmap planning, feedback management, launch readiness and cross-functional coordination.
  • Developing reports and insights to highlight customer needs, drive prioritization conversations and influence roadmap direction.
  • Defining, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product roadmap delivery spanning initiatives for new products, tech debt and technology integrations.
  • Equipping our Go-To-Market teams with visibility into product roadmap status, progress and strategic rationale.
  • Partnering with Product and Engineering leaders to establish operational frameworks that enable teams to scale effectively as the organization grows.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by identifying gaps in our processes and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, transparency and decision-making.
  • Exploring and applying automation, scripting and AI-assisted tools to improve operational workflows, reporting and internal tooling.
  • Collaborating with other Operational Leads to ensure that data, processes and best practices are communicated across teams for operational efficiency.

iM Qualified Because I Have…

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, program management or a related operational role within a product-led organization.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics or a related technical field.
  • Experience leading operational initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams across product, engineering and go-to-market functions.
  • Proficiency working with Python (or similar scripting tools), SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Experience building or improving operational processes, frameworks and documentation that support scalable product development.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from qualitative and quantitative sources.
  • Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, strategically and holistically across the organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across cross-functional teams, including senior leadership.
  • An ability to translate complex processes into clear, scalable frameworks.
  • Curiosity and comfort experimenting with automation, scripting or AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and workflows.

Bonus Points If I Have...

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Administrative knowledge of Aha! product management platform.
  • JIRA and/or Target Process administration experience.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience building internal tooling, lightweight automations or AI-assisted workflows to support operational teams.
