You will help us by:

o Understand business requirements and provide consultative guidance for process and system changes to deploy end to end solutions
o Draft Jira Stories with Business Requirements for development work
o Act as a subject matter expert for Cision’s global CRM/Salesforce application; considering downstream processes and integrations
o Use your high-level perspective to define goals and create a vision for development projects
o Create/maintain the list of backlog items to prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives
o Analyze current business processes or procedures, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system-based solutions and improvements, with Key Business Stakeholders
o Be the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Client Support teams and IT/development team, with a global mindset
o Ensure business and IT transformation projects are aligned with business goals
o Facilitate end to end testing and validation of new and existing functionality; ensuring the solutions deliver expected CRM outcomes and goals
o Establish a shared vision across the Business Application teams by building consensus on priorities leading to enhancements in Lead to Cash
o Leading the ideation, business justification and prioritization of new projects across CRM
o Work and lead in an Agile environment
 
You will be a good fit if you have:
o 1-3 years in CRM/Salesforce Product Ownership
o Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management
o Have a solid understanding of CRM practices such as Lead Management, CPQ, Quote to Cash
o Experience driving process transformation/simplification across Salesforce
o Experience working with integrations teams, and prioritizing across cross-functional needs
o Experience in Enterprise SaaS industry at a global scale is a strong plus
o Ability to balance technical skills with business acumen, ability to lead through transformation and change management needs
o Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-pace work environment
o Experience working in an agile development methodology
o Excellent communication and organization skills
o Experience with process flow diagraming and tools such as Visio and Lucid Chart
o Ability to meet with and present to various levels of the organization
