Our Product team builds the systems that power one of the largest crowdsourced delivery networks in the country. As a Product Owner, you’ll lead the evolution of Roadie’s internal billing and sender payment platforms, products that sit at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize work, solve complex business challenges, and deliver reliable, scalable payment experiences that support Roadie’s continued growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the roadmap and backlog for Roadie’s internal billing and sender payment platforms, balancing business priorities, technical needs, and long-term product strategy
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Data Science, Operations, and Engineering to design and deliver scalable billing and payment solutions
  • Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized work for engineering teams
  • Drive product decisions by analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and measuring the impact of new features and improvements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including UPS and payment vendors
  • Develop reporting and instrumentation to monitor billing accuracy, platform health, and operational performance
  • Continuously improve internal workflows to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and create a better experience for Roadie teams

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business systems, or a similar role
  • Experience working with billing, payments, invoicing, finance systems, or other operational platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and prioritize work
  • Experience translating complex business needs into clear product requirements for technical teams
  • Familiarity with relational databases and an interest in understanding how systems work behind the scenes
  • Experience with Jira or similar product management tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience in logistics, marketplaces, gig economy platforms, or fintech is a plus
