Compensation & Benefits:
In accordance with Illinois' pay transparency requirements, we are committed to providing clear compensation information. The pay range for this position is $70,000-$80,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges are subject to change based on evolving market conditions or business needs.

- Assist or lead ongoing customer implementations for Bectran platform.
- Assist in product growth by analyzing customer requirements and designing features/workflows.
- Prioritizing product roadmaps based on customer priorities and development lifecycles.
- Conduct product demos for prospective clients through online conferencing tools.
- Assist in customer support for existing customers, through phone, email or support tickets.
Requirements
What You Need to Be Successful:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing, technical, or product-related role (preferred, but not required).
- Enthusiasm for application and product design.
- Passion for software products and an eagerness to understand and explain them.
- Track record of building lasting relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts.
