Position Overview

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Enterprise Product Specialist to help us support and scale our growing customer base. This role is well-suited for someone looking to build a strong foundation in customer-facing tech, eager to expand their skills, take ownership, and contribute to meaningful results early on. You thrive in fast-moving environments, take initiative, and enjoy being hands-on with customers.

This role requires a strong technical foundation and the ability to quickly grasp and adapt to evolving product features. You’ll serve as a key partner to new and existing customers, guiding them through onboarding and helping them get the most value from Togal.AI. You’ll customize training based on each customer’s needs, collaborate across teams, and play a critical role in ensuring smooth adoption, long-term engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customized product specific onboardings to introduce new customers to Togal.AI’s core functionality.

  • Collaborate with customers to design and execute customized training plans for effective adoption.

  • Deliver focused training sessions tailored to trade-specific workflows.

  • Maintain up-to-date training materials including user guides and video tutorials.

  • Proactively engage new users to drive adoption and surface potential roadblocks early.

  • Act as a product expert to guide customers in optimizing their use of Togal.AI.

  • Partner with Customer Support to track, report, and resolve issues or bugs.

  • Work closely with a dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and goal alignment for the customer.

  • Continuously refine onboarding processes in line with product updates and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Construction industry experience

  • Experience in onboarding, implementation, training, or support, ideally in a SaaS or technical environment in Construction.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor content to different user personas.

  • Self-starter with a customer-first mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in creating training content and documentation.

  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with product, support, and success teams.
