Customer Support Associate
We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our all-star Customer Support team. Customer Support Associates are advocates for our customers and help them to use our online web application and get the visa help they need.

You Will:
- Triage the communication center with our legal team by employing critical thinking skills to direct questions to the correct team, as CS cannot provide legal advice
- Answer a variety of customer questions via our Communications Center in Envoy’s platform – technical questions, billing questions, general questions about how Envoy Global works, etc.
- Help new customers understand how to use our web application
- Proactively contact customers who might need extra help
- Turn customers into loyal Envoy Global fans!
You Are:
- A paralegal, preferably with immigration knowledge
- Smart and a quick learner – there’s a lot to learn about how our web application works, as well as the complex world of visas and green cards
- Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
- Highly responsive, work with a sense of urgency, and excel at problem-solving
- Empathetic and a true customer advocate
- A team player that strives in a collaborative work environment
You Have:
- 2 – 4+ years of experience in a customer service role
- A background as a paralegal
- Desire to provide outstanding customer service with a willingness to consistently go above and beyond for clients
- Excellent written communication skills – perfect grammar and spelling as well as an ability to explain complex topics in a way that anyone can understand
- Experience working within a company’s platform on both internal and external communications
- A knack for staying positive and focused when things get busy – ability to handle surges in communications without getting flustered
