Senior Product Manager
We are seeking an innovative Senior Product Manager who can lead our efforts to design state-of-the-art solutions for problems that will scale across thousands of customers. This person will have an insatiable appetite for understanding our customers and relentlessly seek solutions that meet their needs.
This position will report to our Head of Product Management and will be responsible for defining – in detail – the product build and validate that product with real customers and users. You Will:
- Be responsible for the overall strategy, roadmap, and the ownership on an individual product
- Work with Head of Product Management to define, measure and improve product KPIs
- Listen: Listen to the feedback from internal and external users of the product
- Participate in rich discovery processes, including market opportunities, user/customer research, and prototyping to identify, evaluate and define products and features that are valuable, usable and feasible
- Be data-driven: Ensure that our product goals are driven by data that supports real needs and innovation
- Build product roadmap: Help us strike the right balance between pain points and innovation
You Have/Are:
- A born collaborator equally comfortable talking tech with developers, user experience with designers, copy and positioning with product marketers, numbers with finance and marketing, and strategy with executive leadership
- An accountable, hands-on problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude
- Strong product management domain knowledge, including a grasp of core Web technologies and abilities for informed participation in technology, user, and business-oriented discussions
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in product management, leadership, and user experience design concepts
- MBA or MS in Product Development or Computer Science degree preferred
