Job Description

As a Production Assistant at NextShining, you will provide hands-on support to the production team and assist with the coordination of day-to-day operational activities.

You will help prepare materials, maintain organized work areas, track production needs, support team members, and contribute to an efficient workflow. The role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily production and operational activities.
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute materials and supplies as needed.
  • Support production schedules and help ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and basic production documentation.
  • Communicate production updates, needs, or potential issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate with different departments when necessary.
  • Follow company procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve organization and workflow efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the production team.
