Job Summary & Responsibilities●  Responsible for Inventory Control including verification of inventory amounts for mass production, service and new model, in accordance with customer/production demand and supplier/internal capacity.(includes but not limited to:raw material, component, product, supplies, power equipment, packaging)●  Obtain, organize and analyze data from multiple sources to provide forecast to the plant for resource planning.●  Develop and maintain relationship with customers, and monitor and react to demand changes. ●  Develop and maintain relationship with suppliers, and monitor and control supplier activities. ●  Develop and maintain relationship with the team, closely coodinating with appropriate personnel. ●  Coordinate and process engineering change instruction (ECI), and associated ramp up / build out activities.●  Identify opportunities to reduce overall cost and manhour needed within the department and implement.●  Identify opportunities to improve accuracy of output from the department and implement. ●  Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety, security and quality standards. ●  All other reasonably related tasks within the Company as required by Management.       Preferred Qualifications●  Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.●  Two years of prior applicable experience in Production Control preferred.●  Automotive experience preferred.
