Lead end-to-end cloud implementation projects, defining scope, plans, budgets, and risks. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, track KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud implementation projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established metrics.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including cloud architects, engineers, developers, and other stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Monitor project performance, analyze project data, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex cloud implementation projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, platforms, and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Solid project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
