This position reports to:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager to lead global manufacturing footprint optimization initiatives. This role will define and deliver transformation programs that enhance operational agility, cost competitiveness, and regional readiness across a complex, multi-region manufacturing network. 

 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Lead the implementation of the defined global manufacturing footprint strategy and roadmap aligned with business line objectives 
  • Manage end-to-end program execution, including planning, governance, resource alignment, and delivery oversight  
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Quality  
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks (e.g., geopolitical, regulatory, financial, technical)  
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards across all regions  
  • Monitor program performance, including financials (costs, cash flow, ROI) and operational KPIs  
  • Establish and enforce standardized processes, policies, and best practices across the manufacturing network  
  • Lead and develop a network of regional project managers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement  

 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Proven experience in global program or project management within manufacturing or operations environments  
  • Strong expertise in risk management, governance frameworks, and stakeholder engagement  
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed teams  
  • Solid understanding of global manufacturing operations across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions  
  • Experience with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control  
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, HSE standards, and operational policies  
  • Lean / Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement experience preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking, change management, and communication skills; multilingual capability is a plus
