What You Will Do

Program/Project Management

  • Oversee planning, execution, and completion of programs and projects.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and track detailed program plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure progress alignment.
  • Lead and facilitate regular team meetings to ensure project momentum.

Communication and Reporting

  • Create reports and communication tools to keep stakeholders informed of program status and deliverables.
  • Act as the main point of contact for briefings, ensuring program quality, compliance, and escalation of key issues.
  • Recommend corrective actions to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.

Program Management Administration

  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure program consistency and compliance.
  • Track and implement program improvements in collaboration with team members.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine processes and increase program impact.
  • Drive progress through the utilization of project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, Agile, Six Sigma and/or Lean). 
  • Educate team members on best practices for using project management tools.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7 years relevant experience.
  • Certifications: Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certification.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
