Description

Program Manager for People with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential facilities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing QIDP duties, overseeing personnel functions, and ensuring the maintenance of buildings, equipment, and supplies. 

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of residential facilities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities

- Perform QIDP duties

- Oversee personnel functions and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and supplies

- Implement general responsibilities

- Must have supervisory experience

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related human service field

- Minimum of 3-5 years full-time professional experience with persons with intellectual and other developmental disabilities

- Minimum 2 years of supervision experience

- Experienced in the dynamics of individual and group behavior

- Ability to collect data, recall facts, develop, analyze, evaluate, and recommend
