Position Overview

The Program Manager – Sales Excellence is responsible for managing and executing key initiatives that drive commercial effectiveness across North America.

Reporting to the Director, Sales Excellence, this role ensures strong cross-functional alignment and drives disciplined execution from planning through field adoption. This individual will play a critical role in connecting strategy to execution and ensuring programs deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of multiple Sales Excellence programs (e.g., segmentation, CRM, forecasting, business planning, incentive programs)
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and key milestones
  • Coordinate with project teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment
  • Track progress, identify risks, and drive resolution to keep initiatives on track
  • Lead regular updates and provide clear, concise reporting to leadership
  • Ensure consistent execution and accountability across all workstreams
  • Support rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and operating models across the field
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 8 - 10+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives at the same time
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence others and drive alignment without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications - A project manager who has led a complex implementation including systems, process, and behaviors.

  • Experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, or Commercial Transformation
  • Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Exposure to forecasting, revenue management, or incentive programs
  • Experience in agriculture or complex B2B environments
