We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale, global enterprise implementation programs. This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role responsible for delivering complex Oracle PLM and FoodChain ID implementations while building trusted executive relationships and driving exceptional customer outcomes.
What You'll Do- Lead complex enterprise Oracle PLM and FoodChain ID implementation programs from initiation through successful delivery.
- Serve as the executive point of contact for global clients, leading governance meetings, steering committees, and strategic communications.
- Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, forecasting, financial performance, and resource planning across multiple workstreams.
- Direct cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Consultants, Technical Leads, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to identify growth opportunities and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Champion PMO best practices, mentoring project managers and driving continuous improvement across the consulting organization.
- 10+ years leading enterprise software implementation projects within consulting or professional services.
- 5+ years managing complex enterprise programs with multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience delivering Oracle PLM implementations or comparable enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
- Proven financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and program governance.
- Experience leading geographically distributed, cross-functional delivery teams.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
