The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary.
This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. - Managing the implementation of the Marketing Claim Verification Program.
- Provides overall leadership and support.
- Acts as front-line contact on program related activities, issues, and risks.
- Manages risks and issues and takes corrective measurements.
- Interfaces with C-Suite Executives, Business Unit Leaders and finance to develop ROI and other financial measures.
- Manages stakeholders' communication.
- Plans the overall program and monitors the progress and performs daily program management throughout the program life cycle.
- Manages the programs financial performance.
- Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies.
- Manages and utilizes resources across projects.
- May manage the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives and goals, providing feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the strategy, growth, and execution of the Marketing Claim Verification program, including development of new service offerings and market opportunities.
- Identify and develop verification opportunities by partnering with business leaders, sales teams, technical experts, and customers.
- Lead the development of claim language, verification methodologies, testing protocols, and program requirements to ensure consistency and quality across all programs.
- Manage verification programs through the full lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, approval, evaluation, launch, renewal, and surveillance activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout program execution.
- Present proposals and claims for governance review, ensuring technical substantiation and compliance with established verification processes.
- Support commercial growth through customer engagement, opportunity development, proposal preparation, and guidance on value propositions and claim positioning.
- Maintain program documentation, oversee issuance of verification deliverables, monitor program performance, and drive continuous process improvement.

EXPERIENCE - Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Advanced degree preferred, such as an MBA, MA in Project Management, or a master's degree in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and customer-facing stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop, launch, and manage customer-facing service offerings, programs, or strategic business initiatives.
- Experience driving collaboration between technical subject matter experts and commercial teams to deliver business results.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting recommendations, business cases, and program updates to leadership and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities, support business development efforts, and bring new solutions to market
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities while driving alignment among diverse stakeholders
