We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team!
The Program Manager (PM) serves as the primary point of contact for all activities under the Software Engineering Services (SWES 2.0) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This role is responsible for leading program execution across multiple task orders and applications, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, and delivering high-quality results within scope, schedule, and budget.
The PM provides overall leadership, coordination, and management of program operations, including technical, financial, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all SWES 2.0 BPA engagements and task orders
- Lead and oversee all program management activities across multiple projects and teams
- Consolidate and manage:
- Weekly status reports
- Integrated project schedules
- Monthly program reports
- Financial tracking and forecasting reports
- Provide strategic leadership, planning, and direction to ensure effective BPA and task order performance
- Oversee technical leadership, project execution, and quality control across all deliverables
- Manage financial and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with contract requirements
- Support rapid staffing, recruitment, and deployment of qualified personnel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in software engineering services
- Experience managing federal contracts or BPA/task order environments is highly preferred
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus
