Program Manager (PgM)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all program and project activities across multiple Task Orders under the RDI MATOC.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor team and Government stakeholders.
- Ensure rapid mobilization of personnel, equipment, and resources, potentially within three (3) days of Government notification.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects with varying size, complexity, and geographic location.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety regulations, and federal standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, environmental, and logistics personnel.
- Prepare and submit required reports, including status updates, progress reports, and deliverables.
- Support proposal development and response to Task Order Requests for Proposals (TORFPs).
- Ensure quality control and adherence to environmental, ecological, and hazardous material handling requirements when applicable.

Projects under this program may include, but are not limited to:
- Flood Recovery:
- Flood control systems, water diversion, embankments, and channel alignment projects.
- Infrastructure Recovery:
- Repair, restoration, or demolition of facilities, utilities, and real property systems.
- Emergency Management:
- Debris removal, unwatering operations, temporary housing, and urgent response actions.
- Military Construction Support:
- Construction of facilities, roads, utilities, energy systems, fencing, lighting, and infrastructure supporting troop operations.
- Specialized Work:
- Incidental design, environmental and ecological services, hazardous waste remediation, and munitions-related activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in program or project management, preferably supporting federal contracts.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, time-sensitive construction or disaster response projects.
- Strong knowledge of federal contracting, including MATOC environments and Task Order execution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments.
- Experience with emergency response or rapid deployment operations is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and deploy on short notice.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience working with agencies such as USACE, FEMA, or DoD.
- Knowledge of environmental compliance, hazardous materials handling, or munitions response.
- Active security clearance (if required by Task Order).
