Summary:

In this role, you will serve as a strategic lead overseeing program services, network management, and sourcing initiatives for the Myriadd Supply Aggregation Group. You will drive enhanced portfolio value for Myriadd clients by navigating Vizient and aptitude systems to optimize performance and outcomes. You will partner closely with MultiCare, Myriadd leadership, and cross-functional Vizient stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service, measurable value, and comprehensive support aligned to shared goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with MultiCare/Myriadd sourcing teams to align on shared objectives and deliver coordinated support.

  • Cultivate internal cross-functional partnerships to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

  • Develop supplier relationships across product and service categories to drive long-term portfolio value.

  • Partner with MultiCare, Myriadd, and Vizient teams to maintain a robust sourcing pipeline and rolling workplan that supports program growth.

  • Lead sourcing initiatives, including project management and timeline oversight, to enhance portfolio performance and owner decision-making.

  • Facilitate integration of Vizient MS Commit within the Myriadd portfolio to ensure alignment across stakeholders.

  • Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, terms, and conditions.

  • Guide RFP and contracting processes, including evaluation of client conversion opportunities and commercial structures.

  • Oversee program KPIs, analytics, financial invoicing, and reporting to ensure performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

  • Present program outcomes and growth strategies to leadership and mentor sourcing team members to support team development.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred, advanced degree highly preferred.

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience in healthcare contracting, negotiating, sourcing, or sales required.

  • Experience leading teams, influencing stakeholders, or consulting preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of RFP processes, contracting structures, and commercial terms.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
