SUMMARY: 

The Coordination Manager oversees the execution of work orders, provides strategic direction, and drives continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned vertical, adhering to PMO standards and methodologies.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

Strategic Oversight and Improvement:

  • Develop strategies to optimize work order execution processes and enhance operational
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and best
  • Ensure alignment with PMO’s project management framework and

Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to Service Coordinators and other team
  • Handle escalated issues or complex work orders requiring senior-level
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional

Performance Analysis and Monitoring:

  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in operations
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for
  • Implement risk management practices to mitigate potential

COMPETENCIES & KEY SKILLS:

Extensive Operations Experience:

  • Extensive experience in operations management or a related
  • Deep understanding of operational processes and best

  • Experience in implementing process optimization

Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to
  • Ability to ensure operations adhere to safety regulations and company
  • Conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality and compliance

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Three to five years of experience working in a project environment, including relevant industry experience preferably with overall responsibility.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving project

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • PMP or Equivalent Professional Certification

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: Full Time, 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed

TRAVEL: Travel expectation is up to 5%.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
  • Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing).
  • Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: English
