Randall Architectural Ironworks is currently seeking a top-tier Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager, with 1-3 years of experience in a Construction related field, to work in our Apopka, FL ​Office/Shop and on projects in the Orlando area. We are excited about this important role and are determined to consider the best and brightest candidates who meet our requirements.

 

Position Summary

For our Project Coordinator (Architectural Metals & Signage) position, the qualified candidates will work on high-visibility projects behind the scenes at theme parks.

Essential Functions

Provide support and assistance on all project related activities to Senior Project Manager and General Manager.

Desired Qualification Requirements

  • Have 1-3 years’ experience assisting management in a variety of construction environments
  • Follow and further the direction of Senior Project Manager & General Manager
  • Possess good computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
  • Be willing and able to work extended and off hours
  • Value and exhibit safe working methods
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively
  • Pass a background & driving record check

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily an office position and, as such, you must be able to sit up to six or more hours in an eight-hour workday, lift light objects such as files and paperwork frequently during the day, and objects weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally during the day. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job.
