What You'll Do

  • Coordinate multiple concurrent projects across federal, state, and commercial contracts, tracking timelines, deliverables, and objectives
  • Track project-level budgets, spend, and burn rate, flagging variances and funding changes
  • Track and reconcile customer, subcontractor, and vendor invoices
  • Track timesheets and labor hours against contract labor categories for T&M and firm fixed price billing
  • Manage partner, client, and employee correspondence
  • Build and run meeting agendas, track action items to closure
  • Maintain deliverable schedules and document version control
  • Coordinate recruiting activity, including postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including access and badging for cleared personnel
  • Contribute past performance write-ups and metrics from contracts you manage

What You'll Need

  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or program support
  • Active Secret security clearance or higher
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms
  • Experience supporting federal contracts and IT programs
  • Working knowledge of contract types, task orders, IDIQs, GWACs, and federal contracting terminology
